Milky Way

When you look at the night sky, if the conditions are right, you may see a faint white band. On closer inspection, the strip appears to be a patch of dust, filled with millions of tiny luminous dots and a brilliant halo. What you see is the Milky Way, something that astronomers and sky-lovers have been staring at since the dawn of intelligent man.
